💼 About This Role

You'll work with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to understand user behavior and marketplace dynamics. Your core impact is developing measurement frameworks, analyzing experiments, and driving cross-functional alignment on analytics priorities. This remote role reports directly to the Head of Analytics and sits on a collaborative team at a category-defining marketplace company backed by GV and Foundation Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with PED to set goals and analyze user engagement
• Develop measurement frameworks and institute new metrics
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on analytics roadmap
• Design and analyze experiments in a two-sided marketplace
• Dive deep on user behavior and marketplace dynamics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data science or product analytics
• Strong SQL skills for large datasets
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms
• Proficiency in statistics and experiment design

• Experience with causal inference or predictive modeling
