πΌ About This Role
You'll lead paid acquisition and performance media growth across key Asia-Pacific markets for a global eCommerce company. You'll own the full-funnel paid media process, combining high-level strategy with hands-on execution. This role offers the opportunity to scale efficient customer acquisition and optimize ROAS across diverse APAC markets.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage paid media campaigns across global and APAC-specific platforms
- Optimize campaigns against new customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, and LTV
- Develop budget allocation strategies across markets and channels
- Lead performance creative testing across paid social, search, and display
π Requirements
- 7+ years in performance marketing or paid media in eCommerce or related fields
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple APAC markets
- Deep platform expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads
- Experience with APAC-specific platforms like LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, or Rakuten
β¨ Nice to Have
- Professional fluency in at least one major APAC language (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics
- Experience with incrementality measurement (geo tests, lift studies, etc.)
