Description

You will partner with district leaders to support mid-size districts in implementing IXL's personalized learning products. You'll deliver high-quality professional development, analyze data to drive decision-making, and collaborate with the Sales team to grow customer relationships. This role combines instructional leadership with strategic account management to help districts move from adoption to effective, consistent use of IXL.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting; instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development
• Exceptional presentation skills comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators
• Must live near Philadelphia and close to a major airport

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan
• Travel regionally up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year to facilitate in-person PD and conduct quarterly visits
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps, and partner with Sales team to manage customer relationships
