💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team by providing an amazing customer experience and using your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits. You'll also assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets at a pop culture retailer committed to fighting hunger.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Ability to navigate store and merchandise products.
