As a Personal Care Specialist, you'll engage with patients and customers in a retail cannabis dispensary, guiding them to the right products and consumption methods while ensuring a positive experience. You'll educate customers, maintain store operations, and uphold compliance with local cannabis regulations.
Requirements
- 1+ year customer service experience; specialty retail preferred
- Scheduling availability for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends
- Must be 21+ years old
- Pass state-specific cannabis background checks
- Valid driver's license or state ID
Responsibilities
- Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment
- Educate patients/customers on products, consumption methods, and safety
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend safe and effective regimens
- Maintain sales floor stocking and store presentation
- Complete duties at assigned workstations (front and back of house)
