🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement next-generation recommender models.
• Design and execute A/B tests for recommendation strategies.
• Analyze model performance to understand customer behavior.
• Collaborate with data engineering, backend, and ML teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience developing recommender systems in production.
• PhD or Master's in computer science, statistics, or related field.
• Expert level Python with scientific stack (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Proficient in SQL and handling large datasets.

• Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
• Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot).
