Description

You will support a DoD program office at Redstone Arsenal, handling contract requirements packages and acquisition documentation for weapon systems. This hybrid role requires at least 3 days onsite per week.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 11+ years of contractual support experience in a DoD program office
• Expertise in DoD acquisition process and contract correspondence
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS

Responsibilities

• Drafting Contract Requirements Packages for weapon system production and engineering services contracts
• Preparing Justification and Approvals for Sole Source, Acquisition Plans, and Service Acquisition Strategies
• Engaging with project office for DD1423s, DD Form 254, Independent Government Cost Estimates, RSCAs, and Government Property Contractor requests
• Administering contract areas and submitting findings to ACC before contracting officer response
