Description

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at HelloFresh, you'll lead high-impact engineering projects to optimize production lines, select cutting-edge machinery, and drive efficiency at our subsidiary Factor's facility near Bremen. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and spend time on the production floor to solve equipment issues and validate processes.

Requirements

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field
• 3-5+ years experience in food manufacturing
• 3-5+ years experience in equipment selection and process improvement
• 3-5+ years engineering and project management in manufacturing
• Lean Six Sigma certification and Kaizen experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope engineering projects for efficiency, cost reduction, safety, and quality improvements
• Author and update SOPs, submit regulatory documentation, and publish project communications
• Analyze and present project findings proposing actionable engineering solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams
• Select equipment by assessing specifications and design requirements for new facilities and retrofits
