You'll define and drive the strategy for a unified health data platform at PointClickCare, serving over 30,000 provider organizations. Your work will directly enable analytics and AI at scale using the largest long-term and post-acute care dataset. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive long-term strategy for a unified health data platform.
• Collaborate on architecture for ingesting billions of patient data points.
• Lead platform initiatives improving data completeness, lineage, and governance.
• Partner with engineering to adopt technologies for streaming and lakehouse systems.

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of product management experience.
• At least 5 years focused on health data platforms or clinical data systems.
• 3+ years working with data pipelines for AI use, including MCP servers with agents.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data formats, ontologies, and regulatory contexts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Health Plans, EHRs, and Long Term Post-Acute providers.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
