🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure operational readiness through team check-ins and shift scheduling
• Provide team support through training, coaching, and mentoring
• Perform inventory management including ordering and expiration tracking
• Monitor patient experience metrics and respond to service recovery cases

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year supervisory or lead role in high-touch customer service or healthcare
• Postsecondary Medical Assistant program graduation from accredited institution
• Active Medical Assistant certification from recognized certifying body
• Ability to foster collaborative team dynamics and handle diverse tasks

• Experience with venipuncture and clinical duties
• Familiarity with C-I-CARE communication framework
