💼 About This Role

You'll join Hinge Health's Strategic Finance team, partnering with Go-To-Market and Commercial leaders on unit economics and growth investments. Your work will shape how we plan, scale, and tell our story as a public company. Over time, you'll rotate into other areas including investor relations support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly close and re-forecast process for GTM cost centers
• Audit existing reports and identify automation opportunities
• Deliver automated reporting suite for GTM performance metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on unit economics for new deals

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, or equity research
• Financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Corporate finance principles (forecasting, variance analysis, business modeling)
• Communication skills to present insights to leadership

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience business partnering with S&M at high-growth tech/healthcare/B2B2C businesses
• Passion for using AI to boost team efficiency
• Prior experience with SFDC, Adaptive Planning, Mode Analytics, or SQL
