🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review accounting research for US GAAP treatment
• Manage timely preparation of all SEC filings
• Lead quarterly regional contract review sessions
• Assist with oversight of external auditors

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional experience including Big 4 audit
• CPA license required
• SEC reporting experience
• SOX internal control experience
