  • Engage customers to uncover technical and business requirements.
  • Lead solution validation through workshops, proofs of concept, and trials.
  • Support pre-sales activities by collaborating with sales teams.
  • Drive customer onboarding and adoption, ensuring long-term platform success.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“7+ years experience in a technical customer-facing role (Solution Architect, Sales Engineer).
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, APIs, SQL, and Linux.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with modern data engineering tools and ETL/ELT concepts.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in a consultative or solution-selling environment.
