💼 About This Role

You'll assist patients seeking sexual and reproductive health care by interviewing, screening, and preparing them for appointments at our Madison East Abortion Health Center. You'll provide medical and administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operations, including front desk duties and lab procedures. This role includes paid training and the opportunity to work for a leading reproductive health care provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and register patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Interview patients and document history in electronic health records.
• Assist clinical staff during exams and procedures.
• Perform lab tests (e.g., urine pregnancy, HIV) and phlebotomy.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be CPR certifiable
• Commitment to excellent customer service and PPWI mission

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification from accredited medical assistant technical program
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and Office 365
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
