You'll lead the Master Production Schedule and Sales and Operations Planning process for a mission-driven food startup. Your work will directly reduce food waste across 48 states. You'll also mentor junior planners and drive system optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly S&OP process reconciling demand with capacity
• Manage co-packing and 3PL fulfillment logic
• Mentor junior planners and standardize SOPs
• Develop PowerBI/Tableau dashboards for production visibility

📋 Requirements

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
• 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing experience
• Food Manufacturing expertise (FSMA, SQF, HACCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• ERP/MRP optimization experience
• Advanced analytics including predictive modeling
