💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll execution for France as a regional subject matter expert at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. Your core impact is ensuring accurate and compliant payroll while driving continuous improvement in processes. This role offers exposure to complex global payroll systems and a fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and select payroll software incorporating Deel product requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in your region
• Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports for compliance
• Manage local payroll processes including deductions and onboarding

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience in relevant country
• Strong working knowledge of local payroll regulations
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
