You'll build and scale a Customer and Market Insights Center of Excellence at GeneDx, a leader in genomic diagnostics. You'll translate complex research into actionable intelligence that shapes product, experience, and go-to-market strategies across the organization. This high-impact role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working directly with senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative customer research
• Track competitive landscape and synthesize strategic implications
• Lead product and pricing research including conjoint studies
• Architect and operationalize enterprise Voice of Customer system

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in customer insights or market research
• Proven track record of building or scaling an insights function
• Deep fluency in qualitative and quantitative methods (segmentation, conjoint, etc.)
• Strong vendor management experience with a vetted network of partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior consulting experience in a relevant field
• Experience with digital research platforms like Qualtrics, InCrowd, Dovetail
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker
