You'll support the end-to-end execution of customer material orders for large-scale infrastructure environments including ISP networks and edge deployments. Your work ensures accurate fulfillment and timely delivery across global partners and customers. This role offers exposure to hyperscaler clients and complex global operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full lifecycle of customer material orders from intake to closure.
• Process, validate, and track purchase orders, shipments, and fulfillment.
• Serve as primary contact for customer order inquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate order requirements with cross-functional teams and global partners.

📋 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for global teams.

• Experience with ISP infrastructure or hyperscale customers.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Jira, Sage/X3, or Odoo.
• Knowledge of export controls or customs processes.
