You'll help build the Learning & Development function at HighLevel, working on real systems and content. You'll support onboarding, LMS management, content creation, and process improvement. This role offers hands-on experience with AI in learning and modern L&D tools at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding workflows on Sana LMS
• Create learning modules using AI-native tools
• Run learning sessions end-to-end
• Maintain trackers, SOPs, and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, Psychology, or EdTech
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong written communication and content creation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools or productivity apps
• Familiarity with Notion or Slack
• Experience with basic visual design
