Requirements

• 6+ years experience on highly technical projects
• 2+ years management or tech lead-manager experience
• Experience managing remote teams
• Deep knowledge of architecture and industry trends in data processing and databases
• Strong communication and product understanding

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an architecture for multimodal workflows with optimal performance
• Map performance bottlenecks and lead team in delivering measurable improvements
• Establish north star metrics to quantify performance targets and measure progress
• Deliver large projects incrementally with smooth customer rollouts
• Collaborate with field teams to position architecture as a selling point
