💼 About This Role

You'll perform preventive and reactive maintenance on facility systems including conveyor, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. You'll ensure repairs to equipment and structures, respond to emergencies, and work from blueprints. This role offers a shift of Sun-Thurs 7am-3:30pm in San Jose.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain facility structure, equipment, and grounds
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• Conduct periodic inspections and emergency response
• Work from blueprints and sketches for repairs

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of similar work experience
• Customer service experience
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing concepts
• Ability to use computer and digital tools (productivity software, email, databases)
