Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• 15+ years engineering experience in client-facing or senior technical leadership
• Domain expertise in analyzing novel problems and evaluating technical solutions
• Deep systems engineering experience in ambiguous early-stage environments
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
