💼 About This Role

You'll provide compassionate home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Pinellas and Pasco counties. You'll make home visits to follow care plans, administer medications, and monitor client conditions. This role offers one-on-one training and scholarship opportunities for career advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Administer medication, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Florida
• Minimum one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to client homes
