🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of customer support specialists

• Develop and implement support processes, KPIs, and SLAs
• Manage global support queue and prioritize tickets

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer support or technical support
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience with robotics systems or automation hardware
• Ability to manage high-volume ticketing and prioritize competing demands

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in robotics, mechatronics, or related field
• Experience in SaaS + hardware environments
• Familiarity with Python, C++, ROS
