💼 About This Role

You'll lead a strategic data and AI transformation for a leading banking client, overseeing data platform modernization and AI delivery. You'll act as chief of staff for the program, ensuring alignment across governance, architecture, and engineering teams. This role offers end-to-end visibility with senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end program oversight across data modernization and AI platform initiatives
• Guide leadership and team with program vision and alignment to organizational interests
• Act as primary interface for senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Drive program roadmap, milestones, and delivery discipline across multiple workstreams
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, dependencies, and transformation challenges

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years leading large-scale data and AI programs in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Snowflake, AWS, and modern data platforms
• Experience managing both Data Engineering and AI/GenAI initiatives
• Deep BFSI domain knowledge (banking, regulatory, risk, data ecosystems)
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives
