Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Experience in veterinary practice leadership

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality veterinary care by all team members
• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians through coaching and feedback
• Participate in performance improvement processes to maintain high-performing team
• Organize doctor and team meetings to foster positive culture
• Act as ambassador of Bond Vet in the veterinary community
