You'll drive growth in one of our largest partner ecosystems, recruiting and managing Channel Partners and System Integrators. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to execute the go-to-market strategy and deliver sustained regional growth. This role offers the chance to shape partner programs at a fast-scaling AI communications company.
π― What You'll Do
- Recruit and onboard new Channel Partners and System Integrators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders
- Develop joint business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Track and report on partner performance metrics and pipeline
π Requirements
- Native German language and fluent English
- 2-3 years of experience in partnership development
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models
- Analytical and strategic thinking, KPI-driven approach
