💼 About This Role

You'll own JetBrains' outsourced and contingent workforce hiring across multiple locations. You'll shape scalable processes at the intersection of recruitment, vendor management, and workforce planning. This role offers a chance to build and optimize a new strategic function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and develop vendor ecosystem for outsourcing/outstaffing across key locations.
• Own end-to-end hiring process for temporary staff across technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define outsourcing strategy.
• Establish and track vendor performance metrics (quality, speed, cost, satisfaction).

📋 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, vendor management, or workforce solutions.
• Hired for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Comfortable working with external vendors and holding them accountable.
• Experience working in international environments with multiple stakeholders.
