Description

You will implement and configure procurement and inventory management processes in SAP, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Distribution, Financial Accounting, and Controlling to design solutions and integrate systems. Your role involves leading requirements gathering, business process design, system analysis, and managing test efforts.

Requirements

• 7 + years of SAP ECC and S/4HANA MM experience
• Experience with SAP PP MRP, SAP PP MTO (Make-to-Order), PP Master Production Schedule, and assembly planning
• Team lead experience
• Aerospace Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Minimum of an active Secret Clearance and be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet Business process designs requirements
• Integrate with cross-process teams, CO, FI, SD and PP
• Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
• Business process design and system analysis
• Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
• Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
• Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
• Budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• May manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
