💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Incident Commander for major incidents, coordinating cross-functional response teams to ensure resolution within SLA targets. You'll drive post-incident reviews and operational improvements for a global commerce platform serving 1,500+ game developers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents, coordinating cross-functional response.
  • Draft and send clear incident updates to leadership and customers.
  • Facilitate blameless Post-Incident Reviews and track corrective actions.
  • Analyze incident trends and create Problem tickets with recommendations.
  • Enforce incident management framework and mentor Operations Engineers.

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years in incident management, SRE, or NOC leadership.
  • Proven incident management experience coordinating multi-team response.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong ITIL foundation with practical incident and problem management experience.
  • Technical depth in observability tools like Datadog, PagerDuty, JIRA.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in gaming, payments, or fintech industry.
  • JIRA Service Management administration experience.
  • Background in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, microservices.
