You will act as the central interface in a dynamic ecosystem, managing complex projects from initial idea to final delivery for a global tech company's marketing assets. You'll ensure creative solutions meet brand standards and release deadlines, driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in account or project management, preferably in agency setting with tech, telecom, or retail focus
• Ownership mindset: proactive initiative and self-driven
• Resilience and agility in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Problem-solving skills: quick adaptation to new tools and processes
• Excellent German and English skills (C1)

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management from briefing to asset delivery (digital, social, print)
• Proactive consultation: challenge briefs, anticipate needs, think ahead
• Stakeholder management with internal teams and external partners
• Define and adhere to project scope, budgets, and timelines
• Quality assurance ensuring all assets comply with brand guidelines
