Description

You'll work on a product team building complex workflows for Hex's AI analytics platform, expanding its API, CLI, and MCP capabilities. Projects include building access control systems and enabling agentic workflows across various customer segments.

Requirements

• 5+ years backend or full-stack engineering experience
• Skilled in complex systems and business logic
• Experience with agentic workflows involving disparate systems
• Experience in remote-first team with strong communication
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations (SSO, SCIM, audit logs, MFA)

Responsibilities

• Build and extend Hex's API and CLI for technical users
• Design MCP server and client implementations
• Design and implement next-generation access control (RBAC, admin workflows)
• Own full-stack product changes end-to-end
• Propose scalable systems in collaboration with the team
