You'll lead the finance function as a hands-on Controller for a fast-growing AI startup. You'll own revenue recognition, billing, and the full monthly close. This role offers autonomy and the chance to build a modern finance stack with AI-native tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead revenue recognition and calculations
• Own collections and billing operations
• Own end-to-end monthly closing process
• Manage and mentor the bookkeeping team

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as Controller or Assistant Controller in a tech company
• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm
• Proven experience in revenue calculation and recognition
• Hands-on experience with collections and billing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Stripe or Chargebee
• Experience with subscription revenue models and collection processes
