You will partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to drive discovery, research, and product design from problem definition through delivery, helping shape software that supports clarity, efficiency, and confident decision-making at scale.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and design to shape solutions and ensure quality implementation
• Lead end-to-end design including discovery, ideation, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design
• Plan and run user research with cross-functional teammates
• Design from scratch and within existing architectures using the design system, balancing innovation and consistency
• Translate complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive experiences including states, edge cases, and error handling
