💼 About This Role

You'll lead supply chain transformation for North American customers as their primary advocate, developing value journeys and driving adoption of Coupa's SCDP platform. You'll own executive relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate workshops to align goals and develop initiative roadmaps
• Lead monthly customer check-ins and quarterly business reviews
• Plan and execute in-person user groups to build community
• Onboard new customers and assist with success metrics and value journeys

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years overall experience
• 5+ years in supply chain design/planning domain expertise
• Executive relationship management skills
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with LLamasoft/Coupa SCDP or similar technologies
• Customer/client management from consulting/BPO or SaaS
• Master's degree
