Description
You will lead AXS's paid acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic display, managing a $5M+ budget to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth. You will oversee a team of channel experts, collaborate with analytics and finance teams, and develop measurement frameworks to optimize performance.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive paid media experience across multiple digital channels
- 4-6 years leading high-performing digital marketing teams
- Full ownership of marketing P&L with budget management and ROI analysis
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, SA360, Meta, DV360, The Trade Desk
- Experience with incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and high-scale campaign management
Responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic display
- Manage $5M+ annual budget with ROI optimization
- Define channel optimization frameworks for bidding, creative testing, and budget efficiency
- Collaborate with Analytics, MarTech, Creative, and Finance on KPIs and data infrastructure
- Develop enterprise-level reporting dashboards and set experimentation priorities
