💼 About This Role

You'll lead the insurance implementation practice at Kizen, helping top companies in highly regulated industries adopt AI and automation. You will drive successful, seamless implementations to ensure customers thrive, not just adopt, our platform. This role partners directly with the CEO and CTO to shape the future of enterprise automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead the Insurance Implementation practice, setting vision and KPIs.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic insurance implementations.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Partner with Sales and Product to design and deliver insurance solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS solution delivery or enterprise software implementations.
• 7+ years in leadership roles (Director/VP) managing large-scale implementation teams.
• Deep expertise in the insurance industry with knowledge of carrier and broker operations.
• Strong technical implementation management skills with hands-on experience.
