💼 About This Role

You'll lead the sales organization for the largest Transportation Management System (TMS) in the market, following a merger of two industry leaders. Your core impact will be building and scaling the sales engine to drive predictable revenue growth and establishing a high-accountability culture. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a newly unified sales organization from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead as player-coach, personally closing largest enterprise deals.
  • Build and scale sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and sales ops.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with 10+ years in senior sales leadership.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics tech.
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy using rigorous pipeline inspection.
  • Experience building and scaling sales organizations from ground up.

  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
