🎯 What You'll Do

• Craft clear, warm, professional messages via app chat to support patients.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and labs via phone to resolve prescription issues.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Comfortable with Gmail, Chrome, and remote collaboration tools.
