You'll identify, cultivate, and close new corporate and foundation partnerships for Team Rubicon, a disaster response nonprofit. Your core impact will be building a robust pipeline of new prospects and creating compelling partnership materials to drive revenue and strategic goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source, qualify, and close new corporate and foundation partnerships.
• Research and manage a pipeline of new business leads with accurate tracking.
• Develop customized pitch materials and proposal decks for new opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize legally binding contracts with strategic partners.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of combined fundraising and management experience.
• Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, and manage corporate partnerships.
• Experience engaging senior-level corporate decision-makers.
