💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic-based environment with in-person BCBA supervision. Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and stable hours designed to reduce cancellations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Create engaging, motivating learning environments for children

📋 Requirements

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
