You'll provide 1:1 behavior therapy to children with autism, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. You'll track progress in Central Reach and collaborate with supervisors to help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral and communication skills in a 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in Central Reach system
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay progress

📋 Requirements

• Consistent availability Monday through Friday
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
