🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit award entries and materials.
• Coordinate event logistics and sponsorship activations.
• Manage branded merchandise inventory and distribution.
• Support PR and internal communications initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or communications production.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with creative file formats (PDF, PPT, AI).
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Slack).
