💼 About This Role

You'll develop and execute distribution channel strategies across APAC, owning C-Level relationships with distributors and driving incremental revenue growth through partner programs and incentives. This role is key to accelerating sales velocity and ensuring distributors meet growth targets in a fast-paced, global networking company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional distribution strategy to drive revenue and market share.
• Manage C-Level relationships with APAC distributors and oversee business plans.
• Design partner programs, incentives, and enablement initiatives to accelerate pipeline.
• Own distributor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in channel/distribution sales or partner management with 6+ years in APAC.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record driving incremental revenue via distributors/resellers.
• Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics and multicultural partner management.
