🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage weekly operations to ensure on-time box delivery
• Oversee 3PL performance and carrier network strategy
• Lead cross-functional project plans and stakeholder management
• Optimize fulfillment and shipping costs to meet margin goals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Operations
• 5+ years of operations or data analytics experience
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or similar operational environment
• Proven ability to execute operational processes and analyze large data sets
