You'll lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for Application Detection and Response (ADR) solutions at Contrast Security. Your core impact is helping customers adopt and maximize value while bridging pre-sales and post-sales activities. You'll act as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to transition.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, integration, and customization services.
• Facilitate technical workshops and provide training to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years delivering Professional Services or technical consulting in SaaS, AppSec, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on expertise in software implementation, integrations, or application security.
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) and RESTful APIs.
