🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage leadership to plan and prioritize enablement initiatives
• Customize content and deliver enablement programs
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and propose adjustments
• Own productivity indicators and drive adoption metrics
• Provide coaching to ensure skill mastery

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in training or enablement
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Demonstrated results implementing enablement programs
• Familiarity with GTM platforms like Gong and Seismic
