🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead People Services transformation roadmap for process standardization and automation.
• Analyze HR data to identify process optimization opportunities.
• Enable high-quality HR support across onboarding, mobility, and payroll.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and global process compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR Operations experience in a global organization.
• Experience leading HR transformation in a People Services setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems such as SuccessFactors.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Change management experience (e.g., Prosci).
• Knowledge of additional languages.
