💼 About This Role

You'll lead test automation and quality strategy for the Accounts Pod at a challenger bank. You'll drive scalable frameworks across UI, API, and mobile platforms while mentoring junior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and mobile.
• Lead quality planning and risk-based test coverage for complex features.
• Embed quality early through TDD/BDD practices with development teams.
• Mentor junior QEs and drive improvements in quality engineering practices.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Software Quality Engineering or Test Automation.
• UI and API automation with Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, Java/JavaScript.
• Microservices testing and test strategies for distributed systems.
• Programming in Java and/or JavaScript for automation from scratch.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Temenos or VisionPlus core banking platforms.
• Test data management tools like Delphix or CA TDM.
• Cloud-native architectures and containerization (Docker).
