๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead growth and lifecycle strategy across the full customer journey for an AI-driven SaaS platform transforming short-term rental management. This role combines product marketing, lifecycle optimization, and conversion strategy to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Optimize the full customer funnel across signup, activation, trial, and retention.
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies including onboarding and re-engagement.
- Lead trial-to-paid conversion initiatives with pricing communication and upgrade journeys.
- Develop product positioning and messaging for market differentiation.
- Run growth experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion and retention.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years experience in product growth or lifecycle marketing in SaaS.
- Proven experience managing self-serve B2C or low-ACV B2B SaaS funnels.
- Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing strategies including onboarding and winback.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve funnel performance through experimentation and cohort analysis.
