You'll lead growth and lifecycle strategy across the full customer journey for an AI-driven SaaS platform transforming short-term rental management. This role combines product marketing, lifecycle optimization, and conversion strategy to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Optimize the full customer funnel across signup, activation, trial, and retention.
  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies including onboarding and re-engagement.
  • Lead trial-to-paid conversion initiatives with pricing communication and upgrade journeys.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging for market differentiation.
  • Run growth experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion and retention.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in product growth or lifecycle marketing in SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing self-serve B2C or low-ACV B2B SaaS funnels.
  • Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing strategies including onboarding and winback.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve funnel performance through experimentation and cohort analysis.

  • Experience with AI-powered products.
  • Background in short-term rental or hospitality tech.
  • Native or near-native English communication skills.
